The Neighborhood Stabilization Officer for the entire region is Annette Bridges. The Neighborhood Stablization Team:
serves as a catalyst for bringing together the Police, elected officials, governmental agencies, social service organizations, community groups and individuals to identify permanent solutions to on-going problems.
